Asheville Mountains

These are pictures of the beautiful mountains at the Tennessee/North Carolina Border. Recently took a couple of short trips to Asheville.......look this town!!! Reminds me of my 'hippie chick' days. Ahhhh!!! Embroidered blouses, tie dye, candles, and art-music-art-music and MORE art and music. LOVE it. Now I want to move there.
Well, I have found my own little world of 'hippie-dom' here where I live, so I'll be happy with my visits to Asheville for now. But who knows what the future will bring.

Nap time again

Oh, the joy of a nice nap....."Stout Scout" as we loving call her loves her naps. She is a professional napster!!

I like to catch pics of her as she is napping, but she doesn't usually appreciate my interference with her napping. :o)

Nap on......

We had a really beautiful snowfall. It was lovely and peaceful during the night and so pretty the next morning. And.....it was warm during the day so we didn't even have to shovel anything. The sun took care of that for us.
Perfect!!!

Snow Dog

Scout, the Snow Dog!! She really doesn't like the snow. Not much fur on that chubby little body. You would think her extra weight would keep her warm. But she is not a fan of the snow.....and so funny to watch when she does have to go out in it.
She keeps us entertained.
